Watermael-Boitsfort CPAS asked 21 Solutions to support it in defining its Local Agenda 21, a strategic plan for sustainable development for the 21st century. Combining its expertise in environmental management and participatory strategies, the 21 Solutions team supervised the diagnostic and preparatory phases of the action plan, using a strategy of broad participation. With a view to building the capacity of the team responsible for Agenda 21, 21 Solutions worked with both CPAS staff and users and the Agenda 21 Unit.
21 Solutions also assisted the Forest and Saint-Gilles CPASs and the municipality of Auderghem with their local Agenda 21 diagnoses.
