21 Solutions runs a continuous bilingual helpdesk and support service for organisations involved in the Eco-Dynamic Enterprise labelling process.
Awarded by the Brussels-Capital Region, this official and free label rewards and encourages companies, non-profit organisations and institutions in Brussels that work to reduce the impact of their activity on the environment.
The experts from 21 Solutions can be contacted by candidates with questions about the labelling process and the evaluation criteria, but above all about their environmental management (regulatory compliance, monitoring of performance indicators, involvement of staff, implementation of good practices, etc.) in all its aspects: rational use of energy, waste management, sustainable mobility, green purchasing, and so on. Monthly information sessions and workshops enable candidates to make the best possible progress with their applications.
In parallel, 21 Solutions organises and coordinates information sessions and thematic training adapted to the candidates’ requirements, bringing in various experts for the purpose. Sets of sectoral standards are also presented in order to open up the label to as many fields of activity as possible. As well as all this, the team coordinates the annual award ceremony and the strategic external communication plan in partnership with the agency Arctik.
